All pastry in Miyou Pastry do not contain white sugar. We use our own Sugar name Sucaless Low GL Sugar. Sucaless is extract from sugarcane and go through a progress name FCF Technology which can increase the sweetness.

Eg: A canelé is the market need 100g white sugar to bake, whereas Miyou Pastry only use 20g Sucaless Low Gl Sugar to bake and get the same sweetness and deliciousness.
